Welcome to Racing the Tract, a fun and educational game that teaches you how to maintain a healthy Gut Microbiome by making healthy diet and lifestyle choices, and answering trivia questions. Make it to the end of the race track by gaining good bacteria points. Gain these points by making healthy decisions throughout the game. Once you reach the end, you win! But be careful! If you fill up the bad bacteria meter, you will lose!
CREATE A PROFILE
Create your own profile to save your high score. You can create up to 4 profiles.
SELECT YOUR DIFFICULTY
Choose between easy, medium, or hard. The difficulty level will determine what types of questions you will be asked, and will set the number of good bacteria to win and bad bacteria to lose the game.
ROLL THE DIE
Roll the die to select your food choices!
CHOOSE A FOOD
Choose a food from the items you rolled. Remember to choose healthy to gain good bacteria points!
ANSWER THE TRIVIA QUESTION
Answer a trivia question correctly to gain bonus points to help you win!
RANDOM EVENTS
Along the way, you will come across random event cards. These could be health cards, illness cards, or choice events. Choose wisely!
